POISONOUS VEIL
They say substances that lie behind the mask could be interesting, but the uncertainty of the veiled substances and its effect to the man sourcing for it could be disheartening or of goodness. Veil is a cover or mask that holds substances that could be poisonous or of good nutrient for the life that choose to house it or pant after its unveiling. The event of life are veiled and are by time gradually unveiling themselves.
The goodness and stings of life are veiled but it takes the unveiled heart to search them out. Note that only the unveiled can be used to search out the veiled. Only a well charged lamp can be used in searching for a lost item in thick darkness. Have you seen a blind person being given the task of searching for a pin thrown on the floor of a living room? Will he be able to find the pin?. No he can't, because his sight is veiled and so also the pin he is looking for is also veiled in the darkness. So also is the heart of a man.
There are treasures in the belly of life, but they are veiled by so many factors. It can only take a heart that is full of search light to be able to discover them and maximize them. It is light that sacks darkness form operation, it is the unveiled that brings out the veiled from its corner.
The elementary forces that veiled the treasures of life know the power of the search light of your mind/heart in mining treasures and moulding your destiny/life/businesses etc, therefore they throw every possible obstacle on your way in order to block you, because your heart is the gateway for harnessing treasures. When your mind is blinded then your entirety is blocked and the future is uncertain and rejoices in obscurity. Even the holy book in 2nd Corinthians 4:4 support this by saying ".....whom the God of this world have blinded their eyes lest the light.....".
You may be wondering, you have been trying your best in searching out the treasures of life and harnessing them, but do you really have proofs for your search?. Yes I know you have been trying ,but have you ever considered some hurdles that pitched down your mind?. No man exists on his own and by the reason of that , there are factors necessary to help determine how far your life will go ( be it human, environmental, etc ). We shall be considering briefly some factors that would serve as poisonous veil for the mind and its treasure hunting.
Windows of the being
The five senses of human are the entrances to his being. Yes, that is not negotiable. Let us do a quick reminder of the senses; eyes, tongue (mouth), nose, ear and skin. Without doubt these senses are by default powerful in their connection to the human soul and content expression of a man.
What you see constantly, you become
What you hear constantly, determines your disposition
What you say constantly become your reality
What you feel constantly become your daily expression
But do you know that these entrances to your personality could be poisonous to your heart and health?. Note that information flies around the territories of men, and one amazing thing is that whatever information you permit to gain access through your senses into your being determines how well your life would be reformed or deformed!!!. Why sit and watch your life poisoned when you can find health for your mind?.
Status quo
An idiomatic expression says " one shouldn't rest on one's oars". This means that the past successes or achievements should not be your pillow even at this time because there are still more ground to take. He who refused to give chance to shift is ready to be diptched. If a man refuse to shift forward or leave the normality parlance, he could be buried in the grave of faded status. Note that conformity to generality is a burial in disguise.
The poison of status quo is that its inject you with the fluid to stay in a state or stand in a way that things are, as opposed to the state things could be. You have the unveiled with you already and time has passed over it, why not seek out the veiled and unveil them for more relevance in life. Status quo stops rights and vision. The best of you is not yet unveiled, dig it out!.
Past failures and achievements
Your past is your past. A man once said " history is history, there is nothing current in history". Though history is the past, but do you know that you can give fuel/life to your history?. History is just like a dead lion or lying hammer, but only you can give it life for performance again. Your past is ever ready to prove a point ( be it the failure or achievement) , but your permission for it to prove its point(s) could be deadly for your mind and its hunt for treasures of life.
The enemy of the future or next level is not the obstacles/hurdles faced on the journey but apparently the past journey or level of glories.
Comparison
Comparison is an act of the fool. A fool in this context denotes someone that never think beyond his circumference or even beyond what his eyes are seeing. Comparison is a prison. It restricts a man to finding existence and glory in the limited circumference set by his surrounding ( be it humans or other factors).
Have you ever seen a prisoner that explored the treasures of life?. Certainly no, because the confinement of the prison has limited him. So also is the man that choose to gauge his life by the life of another man. Even if he attains the height of that man's life , he could never see the need to explore his full potential.
Life at times, is not balanced, full of doses that could be poisonous or healthy to your mind. It is therefore your responsibility to decide the doses you permit to let into your mind.
